🐴✨ Elementary Teams Working Together for Student Success at PRAS! ✨🐴 At Park River Area Elementary, we believe that teamwork makes a big difference—and we have three amazing teams of teachers working behind the scenes all year long to make sure every student thrives! Here’s a quick look at the three staff teams (called PLCs - Professional Learning Communities) that meet regularly throughout the school year: 🔷 Leadership Team (Leadership PLC) This team helps guide the big picture for our school. They look at what’s working, what can improve, and help set goals that keep our school moving forward. Think of them as the GPS helping our school grow stronger every year! 🔷 Pony Pride Team (Pony Pride PLC) This group focuses on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all students and staff. They lead efforts to encourage kindness, respect, and school spirit—making sure everyone feels proud to be a Pony! 💙 🔷 Intervention Team (Intervention PLC) This team supports teachers when students need a little extra help with behavior. They work together to find strategies and solutions so students can get back on track and succeed in the classroom. These teams may work behind the scenes, but the impact they have is seen and felt every day. We’re so proud of the care and commitment our staff brings to creating a supportive, positive, and purposeful school environment. 🙌 #PonyPride #PRASProud #TogetherWeThrive #TeamworkInEducation
