
🎉 Senior Spotlight: Jonas – Class of 2025! 🎉 Today, we’re excited to celebrate Jonas and his journey through school! 📚 Elementary School Memories: One of Jonas’s favorite field trips was fishing with his Grandpa Jerry in 4th grade (Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs)—a special memory that stuck with him. In gym class, he always looked forward to playing Yoshi! 🏫 High School Highlights: Jonas loved all of his history classes throughout high school. A standout moment was going to state music with all of his friends, a memory filled with talent, teamwork, and fun. He’s especially thankful for the inspiration and motivation from Miss Ulland and Mr. Lee. ✈️ Looking Ahead: Jonas dreams of a future flying agricultural/spray drones—a perfect match for his interests and ambitions. If he could have any superpower, he’d choose flight, so he could explore the world. When asked what he’ll miss most, Jonas shared, "I’ll miss my class, as this year I really feel like I belong." Garrett always looked forward to Science, where curiosity and experiments made learning fun. A field trip to Larimore and rolling around on scooters in gym class were among his standout memories.
🚗 High School Highlights:
Garrett found his niche in Auto Tech, his favorite class, and loved performing in One Act plays, where he got to showcase his personality and creativity.
One of his most memorable moments? The Senior Trip, hands down!

Ian’s favorite subject in his early years was Social Studies, where his interest in how the world works began to grow.

He’s especially enjoyed Problems of Democracy (POD) and valued real-world insights from Mr. Young—especially conversations around the stock market.

Say hello to Emma, a Park River Area School senior whose creativity, school spirit, and love for nature are taking her far!
🎨 Elementary School Highlights:
Emma loved visiting the Moe farm in sixth grade, flying down the hill in sleds during recess, and making memories in Mr. Omdahl’s class—especially the fun art projects and movie days. Her favorite subjects? Art and science!

Each year, one senior is chosen from each the HS Band and HS Choir to be given an award based on their dedication, leadership, and achievement in the field of Music.
This year's John Philip Sousa Band Award was given to Tanner Schramm.
This year's National School Choral Award was given to Aubrey Sveen.
They were awarded a certificate, desk plaque, pin, and their names will forever be added to the wall plaque in the Music Room!

Nevin found his stride in Home and Auto class and made unforgettable memories during the sophomore Homecoming football game.
